Learning to Love Ourselves

The Kindness Project is a 16-week research-based program that educates children and youth, ages 5 through 18, on stress, anxiety, depression, and trigger awareness, teaches emotional self-regulation skills, provides hands-on learning for practicing spiritual self-care or mindfulness, and promotes positive personal affirmations. This program was designed as a Suicide Prevention program with the mission of reaching children before the need for intervention arises.
